Less Being Surrounded

Clutter develops a sickness that overtime affects your body through stress.
More in solitude. Part of your stress can be directly linked to always being surrounded by people, work and what is worse sometimes even just surrounded by things. I hope that if you are reading my blog and I am working with you is because is because you have reached a point in your life where you have finally decided to get that one goal reached and are willing to work for it; but stress can hinder the biggest of efforts. I like to say that we are all geniuses, just not all the time, even Einstein who is known for his magnificent genius wasn't a genius all the time and about everything but is widely known that the biggest reason why he was able to do amazing work was because he took walks, often alone. Monks live in solitude in order to find meaning of their human powers, spirituality and life but you don't need to live like a Monk you simply need to start giving more value to the idea of being alone. Spending time alone allows to refocus and brainstorm about how the tasks for the day or the week are going to be accomplished while providing us with what is more important reflection, comparing our efforts with those of others in your life. How can I empower myself while helping others? What is my ultimate goal in life? why haven't I reached my monthly goal? Do I have a current mission? If I work so hard, why am I still living pay check to paycheck? Why am I so scared to break up my unhealthy relationship?

Less television, radio, news, parties, bars, driving, pets, etc.

More yoga, meditation, painting, reading fictional books, coloring, napping, exercising and even eating.

Some benefits from solitude:

  • lose weight
  • better health
  • stress free
  • creativity
  • problem solving
  • reflection, we get to know ourselves
  • understand, your way of life and possible changes
  • unwind and finding peace
  • reflect on accomplishments and lessons
  • time to negotiate with ourselves for things we want or want to get rid of
  • learn to appreciate what we have, expose ourselves to minimalism.

Startup Creation

Entrepreneurs are the rocks stars of the economy, we make things happen and drive innovation for an ever evolving need.
We spot opportunities in any market and are able to do the most of any available resources to serve this need. Does this sound like you?

Yes? No? It doesn't matter. This is the kind of thing you don’t know until you are at the ripping the fruits of your successful venture or have many thanking you for your efforts.
No startup goes through the same efforts but most do go through the same process and usually have the same needs in various shapes and forms, but they do. You must first evaluate the idea, try to give it form then you evaluate the environment, internal and external, understand the opportunity and abilities along with your potential competition and their abilities. Acquire customer validation and feedback so you can re-shape your product to what they want, then is all about engaging investors, funding your production, marketing efforts and branding and then you must hire… This is easier said than done.
The reality is that Entrepreneurship is hard and you can’t learn it at business school, this is why being an Entrepreneur is a badge of honor. Startup creation is like raising a child; you need to have done it several times to really get the idea and emotions behind decision making and strategies down to where you are confident with yourself. What do you mean while? Take years to develop an idea? Or go through so many rejections until you finally get what the market truly needs?

No, a smart founder will seek out a team and resources available to develop the idea into a sustainable business model and stake the market. I am here to help you do that, whether is through mentoring efforts or project deliverable.
