Company culture is extremely important yet not many companies acknowledge it or know such a phrase even exists! 


When we merged two companies, my Unthink Business Consulting with HCI Recruiting we did so with one specific goal in mind: To provide a level of fairness to both the hiring companies and those wanting work within those companies.  The reason besides personal is more than obvious, we spend the majority of our life working whether that is from home, the office or even the beach.
