My thoughts on the SONY attack
So North Korea had requested us, the United States, to cancel the release of the comedy movie starring funny duo Seth Rogen and James Franco whose plot casts them through an adventure of a single mission: to kill North Korea’s leader Kim Jung Un. Sony, the distribution and financier of the movie didn’t obliged. Then came the “Sony Hacks”.
I have read almost every transcript that has been released and I gotta say that although this seems like a simple retribution, the hack was very VERY strategic in nature and does show that whoever the awesome hackers are they had a plan in mind and possibly were being directed to do so. Now, I want you to realize the kind of shit that goes into marketing, crafting the images of celebrities you so admire and the corruption and egotistical behavior that certain stars carry so that you see them as who they really are:
Nothing more than the product of a clever public relations and marketing team that producers can buy.
And when they endorse something you think twice before buying or falling prey into thinking they are the sweetest most honorable people. The SONY hack has shown those of use who understand business practices and marketing the dark nature of their industry and how manipulative they all are to get rich of each other and do whatever it takes to fuck each other in the butt for a dime.
Consider how the pocket size comedian and actor Kevin Hart, whom I never really liked and now I completely disrespect wanted $3 Million for a movie he released not too long ago.. (Ride Along) and when asked about maybe tweeting about the movie, which again would have benefit him in brand image, tickets and exposure – is not like he is well known and a good actor to begin with… he felt that tweeting was too much of work and wanted another $3+ million dollars more – For 1 tweet people!
Here you have Culpepper, Amy and Kevin Hart being friendly to each other lol
Culpepper allegedly wrote: "I’m not saying he’s a whore, but he’s a whore."
When you see a celebrity posting about a movie, now you know that they are getting pair more per WORD than what most of us make a year. Should you trust that?
Then you have racist fucker Scott Rudin who mopped the floor with President Obama, Angelina Jolie, Amy Pascal, and other A-listers…well pretty much thinks HE is THE INDUSTRY and fuck everyone else who doesn’t like it.
Angelina Jolie was called a spoiled brat with no talent and high stupid demands. Because she wanted “The Social Network” director David Fincher to direct her scripted movie (which according to SONY was shit) version of Cleopatra but instead gave Fincher the new Job’s movie role.
Angeline Jolie threw a fit and SONY didn’t stop it, hurting Scott Rudin’s ego and so he then just recently took the movie to Universal studios.
Angelina Jolie wants to be a producing director and is throwing a fit for it and apparently the industry does really hate her!
Money is almost just handed out
The movie industry is where you want to go if you want to be a millionaire after your 10th to 20th year of employment… not as celebrity or even hot shot producer but just general employee… as the hacks revealed that all employees at SONY hate their jobs and don’t get paid a lot until that time when they are all apparently millionaires but still hate their managers and their jobs.
On money, the hack revealed that all employees at SONY hate that they have partnered with Adam Sandler’s studio because they think he is a shitty actor, bad director and not that funny and thus extremely overpaid. His contracts have benefit him more than any other team involved in the production of the movies as he uses them to lavish perks that business expenses such as free travel
-have you noticed all his movies are “vacation spots”??!?
Know that when you watch one of his movies you are pretty much literally directly paying for the guys’ vacation simply being filmed and even the team behind him hate him.
The Oscar-less DiCaprio
Leonardo DiCaprio truly, at least also supported by the industry, does deserve an Oscar! - As an actor it seems like the guy is legit and honest worker.
Marc Cuban is getting Screwed
Even though he is a high executive at SONY he Is only getting paid $30k per SHARK TANK episode, compared to other “reality” cast in other various shows who average $30k PER HOUR “worked”.
Also, SONY staff is extremely unorganized and keep their passwords in word documents literally called “Passwords” this made the hack so much easier! - WTF!? Haha.
ANYWAY,
Going back to the nature of the hack.. I love that the hackers were smart about what to take and what to release because they are breaking down SONY from the inside out by shedding light into how messed up they really and how with their marketing and money pushing they manipulate us the general consumer as well as petty demands by celebrities, ridiculous payment structures for crappy movies, egotistical management, the works!
SONY told Korea to fuck off and now North Korea is making them pay for their arrogance for funding such movie (which I know we have a right to if we want, but that’s a different topic of discussion) but most importantly SONY deserves it for their stupidity and greed!

Healthy Relationships Yields a Healthy Family
If you are a professional or hustler, don’t be the best athlete, richest business person, famous, have the most friends, best shape, best job at the expense of your family, spend time with them and make them a priority because only when you learn to do that will your real greatest success in life become a reality. #unthink

Free Mail In Template for Maid Services
Among other things, the few things that really bothered me include:
- No phone number to contact, only had an email address and web link. (BIG NO NO)
- No images, it look like couldn't been sent by a very clean oriented lawyer! Horrible
- No description of their services at all!

Less Ad Buying More Word of Mouth.

- Most obvious: ask for a referral from a greatly satisfied customer (but only from one that you truly went out of your way to deliver happiness, not one that you just simply didn’t screw up with)
- Have fun at work! Record video of your employees doing something funny or kind and upload them to free sites like YouTube and Vimeo or even Instagram, Vine. Ask your employees and everyone else involved to share it as well. Videos have the highest chances of going viral than anything else.
- Give perks –Make a braggin’ contest and offer simple prizes. These could include a profile of the customer or business client, discounts, early access or even to just be listed as that locations VIP customer with picture hung and all for all to see! Get creative.
- ”This guy from this company was talking about what he thinks of this!” You can be this “guy” on the news or radio people get to talk about after reading, hearing or watching a cool story or topic. Contact your local bloggers, podcasters, news media and radio to get added to list of experts. Or better yet send public releases of topics… You never know when they are short of a story and need filler articles.
- Get Involved! This is by far one of the cheapest and greatest way to getting some WOM love. Donate your time, volunteer or help your community event. You get to share your passions, meet nice people, pass out business cards in a non-networking event which is great, and show others that you and your company really cares (even if is superficial)
What the Rich Think Parents Should Teach Their Children About Money
What the Rich Think Parents Should Teach Their Children About Money

Carlos Slim is the world's second richest man, born in Mexico City, with an estimated net worth of a staggering $67.6 billion. He controls 48% of America Movil, which has the most mobile-phone subscribers in the Americas. He also has major positions in the banking and insurance company Grupo Financiero as well as mining firm Minera Frisco.
While Buffett grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and Slim was raised in Mexico City, Mexico, the two have a remarkably similar start to their success.
I think I always know that I was going to be a businessman, because I began to invest when I was ten or 12 years old. I began to make my first investments. I opened my checking account and I was already investing very young. I think I knew that.
I found what I love to do very early...when I was seven or eight years old I knew that this particular game really, really intrigued me. And then I had some great teachers along the way.

Both men note they started their path to investing first by saving. Slim notes his father gave him five pesos every week -- worth less than 50 cents today -- and he spent less than he had and began to put his savings into a bank. From there, he suggests "you begin to think about what to do with them and you investment."
Buffett has said:
The most important job you have is to be the teacher to your children. You are the big, great thing to them. You don't get a rewind button. You don't get to do it twice. Teach by what you do, not what you say. By the time they get through formal school, they would have learned more from you than from school. Provide warmth and food and everything else.
