I'm writing this particular topic while waiting for my son's turn to get his hair cut. We love coming to Cool Cuts for Kids, he gets to enjoy a movie, candy and sit in a cool car shaped chair while someone cuts his hair.
The waits are usually long, so here I am. Waiting here made me realize how even in a summer day packed with many errands waiting to get to prepare your business for the week to come, you can still make time to spend with your little ones, and or get as much use of the time while doing errands with them. The trick to this is not ignoring them either, so right now while we wait my wife and son play while I write this before I forget.

Lets not go into details on how to make time for your kids once ypu already have a business... the real challenge os when you are employed and still have to abby by. Is when you are limited with free time away from work and still have to spend time woth family and get things done around the house and trying to start a business that spending quality time is challenging...so lets talk about the most common excuse we give ourselves:
Starting a business is hard and extremely demanding, couple of reasons why most don't give it a shot, and being exhausted is something you must realize and accept it if you are seriously wanting to pursue your passions and starting a business out of them. The world is not going to stop for you so that all the little things exhausting you get easily done on your own pace. As entrepreneur, i have ran 2 years with only 4 hours of sleep and although we can have hours long conversation on the health effects of this reality, the fact is that starting a business requires sacrifices and being tired is one of them. Don't tKe what I'm saying as the only route though there are ways to manage your time better that will help you streamline your day and get more things done giving you more personal time which you can you use to rest or soend that same exhausting time with your children rather than working, you might still end tired but with a profound satisfaction of having spent time with your family and giving yourself a break from your responsabilities. We'll go into time management as you read on :)
What do you guys think? Any particular excuses you use yourself?
